3. Non-Medical Services
We provide non-medical care: help with daily living, companionship, homemaking, and related support. We do not provide nursing or medical services, and our caregivers do not administer medication or perform tasks that require medical or nursing judgment. Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and conditions in the home, and we reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for safety or legal reasons.
4. Assessments and Pricing
Nothing on this website is a price or a quotation. Care is priced individually after a free assessment, and the plan and cost are agreed to with you in writing before care begins. Any figures discussed before that agreement are provisional.
5. Government and Benefit Programs
Where this website describes Medicaid waiver programs or veterans benefits, it does so for general information only. Eligibility for any government program is decided solely by the agency that runs it, and we cannot guarantee eligibility, enrollment, or coverage. We are not part of, or endorsed by, any government agency.
6. Payments
This website does not collect payments. Payment arrangements are made directly with us and are governed by your written service agreement.
7. Appointments and Access
Clients and families are responsible for providing safe access to the home for scheduled visits, and for securing pets and known hazards.

The text, images, and design on this website belong to us. You may read and share them, but you may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website, or for delays beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability related to any service is capped at the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
